Q: Are your products made with real human hair?

A: Yes. All of our hair extensions and wigs are made with 100% virgin human hair for natural movement, longevity, and versatility.

Q: Can I dye or style my hair extensions/wig?

A: Absolutely! Our hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend a professional stylist for any chemical treatments to maintain hair quality.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes, we offer custom wig units and bundle orders. Please visit our Custom Orders page or contact us directly for a personalized consultation.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
  • Custom Wigs: 7–14 business days
  • Pre-Order/Backorder Items: As stated on the product page

Shipping Timeframes

 

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Economy U.S. Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–10 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free U.S. standard shipping is available for orders over $300.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order & Return Policy

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin prepping your “mane course” immediately, so orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Email us at manecoursebeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will make it right.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Mane Course Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. Consider choosing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
